Fees

No Insurance Necessary

The truth is hard sometimes but here it is, insurance isn't what it used to be. Shocker right? Seriously, Insurance deductibles and co-pays have shifted most (if not all) of the cost of care to you, the patient. Virtually no insurance ever covers Acupuncture of any type (no matter who provides it, Chiro, PT, MD) and the same goes for any "traction based" treatment like Spinal Disc Decompression.  Everyone except your PCP Physician is a Specialist and there are separate deductibles for Chiro, PT, and Medical Specialists, also much higher co-pays.

Here is the short version  of our cash /card type office fees. The initial office visit for an Adjustment or basic "Dry Needle" Acupuncture is only $90 (Special $60 right now). After the initial visit, the Chiropractic Adjustment  will range from 45 down to 40 (45 for occasional adjustments and 40 for patients visiting more than once a month).

"Dry Needle" Acupuncture is a time based treatment and it will range from 60 (Basic is less than 15 minutes) to 90 (Extended is >15 but <30 minutes).

Many people come for Basic "Dry Needling" and an Adjustment and that combo is discounted by 25% so for a regular patient that is 75 (90 for extended acu) for someone coming more occasionally it would be 80 (100 for extended acu).

I never want you to be surprised by fees so always feel free to ask.

Spinal Disc Decompression Treatments are also time based and start at only 60 per visit (15-20 minutes). 75 for longer 30 to 35 minute Decompression/Traction treatments.  That includes Interferential Therapy with Ice or Heat at no additional charge (a $30 value).  Later,  when you're ready, we will do sessions of spinal rehab exercises along with home instructions. A similar combination of discounts apply when multiple treatments are done on the same visit.

The cost for a new patient is different based on treatment. For those wanting a chiropractic adjustment the first visit special is just $60. Many people schedule because they have heard how amazing Dry Needle Acupuncture is and for whatever reason they only want that, for those the first Dry Needle Acupuncture visit is ONLY $90 and that includes the treatment! (assuming Dr. Dixon determines it to be appropriate for your condition. )

I totally love that so many people have a chiropractor or physical therapist they are happy with but they also want Dry Needling. I am happy to fill that gap for you while you continue with your current chiropractor or physical therapist.

In the event x-rays are needed we refer to another facility (usually Tyler Open MRI, they do high quality X-Rays, MRIs & CT Scans too) so you will get state of the art digital x-rays and a medical radiologists assessment as well as a written report, all for around $150 (for x-Rays of 1 area). This discounted fee must be paid in full within 30 days for the discount  (to them not me) and no insurance is billed. It is possible that your insurance might cover this but please ask them because I have no way of knowing. You might also get any necessary X-Rays done through your primary care physician in case insurance covers that better for you, and your physician thinks it is needed.

Medicare... regretfully I no longer bill  ANY insurance companies, that includes Medicare, so I only see patients with Medicare for treatments that Medicare doesn't cover like "Dry Needling", Muscle Stretching and  Releasing Work, Spinal Disc Decompression/Traction Therapy, E-Stim/Heat/Ice, etc. (the actual adjustment is all Medicare has ever covered anyway). A special  20% discount applies for Medicare age patients as well as for patients with Medicaid.

If you have any questions please call me  at 903-570-7080 and I will do my best to help you.

Thanks,

Charles R. Dixon DC

Remember, I am here to treat you to the best of my ability, today! No  sales pitch will follow, no prepayment for long treatment plans either.

Here is a list of our fees:

Basic First Visit Exam (Includes Adjustment or Acupuncture, if necessary, after exam) - Regular Fee $90 but as a special offer it is just $60 right now.

Chiropractic Adjustment - $45. (Scheduled frequent visits $40)

Interferential Muscle Stim w/ Ice or Heat - $25 as a standalone treatment (plus $2.50 for electrotherapy pads on the first treatment and when needed afterward) This is only $10 per 15 minute session when it is done with additional treatment on same visit.

"Dry Needle" Acupuncture - $60 (typical Basic 10-15 min. treatment), $90 (20-30 min. Extended treatment) , Special Offer, only $20 extra for a Short (<5  min.) Trigger Point "Dry Needle" treatment when done with the adjustment visit.

Muscle/Fascia Release Work - $45 (Basic 10-15 min.), only $15 for Short (<5 min) myofascial release treatments with the adjustment visit (Adjustment and Short Myofascial Release = $60 or less based on the frequency of the adjustment visits),  Extended sessions would increase cost.

Spinal Disc Decompression -$60-75, includes E-Stim & Ice/Heat.  $95 to $125 when in combination with another treatment like an Adjustment, or Basic "Dry Needling".

Your Care Plan Back to Wellness:  I know Chiropractic helps many people live healthier and happier lives (I'm a living testimony). That is why, instead of showing you a drastically inflated treatment plan and  "selling" you on  discounts for paying up front, I just discount your visits when you get adjusted more regularly.

Please feel free to  ask about it so we can be sure you get the care you need.
