Welcome to our helpful products catalog

This page is a work in progress. For years I have wanted to put together a catalog of all sorts of products I've found to work particularly well but I never seem to get around to it.  Some of these products I have in the office and some I will provide links to online.

Lets begin with the posture pump. Besides regular Chiropractic Adjustments this is my favorite way to keep my neck feeling much younger and not so stiff! Beware the cheap knock off, it has a high return rate. Only get the Posture Pump brand. I've linked to the best price I could find. I've had mine about 15 years at this point and it still works like a charm.

What about TENS Units? There must be a thousand of them out there so what should you buy?? First, I recommend what is referred to as a Dual Stim Unit because it has a lot of functions so it can help you when you have pain and it can help you when you have tired sore muscles (secret trick, TENS doesn't help soreness but EMS does wonders).

You'll also want to keep pads on hand because it only comes with 4 small pads. These work well and usually last for many uses. The key to getting a lot of uses out of the pads is to be sure the skin in the area you're using it is really clean so scrub the area well during your shower so you remove any dirt/oil/dead skin cells/etc. One more note, these are a couple of dollars more than the cheapest one offered but I've been ordering them for almost 5 years and I know they stick even after several uses and some others don't so spend the extra 2 bucks, there are 10 sets (40 pads) for under 20 dollars.

So some people might prefer a larger pad for covering a big painful area, they make a 2x4 rectangular pad that covers more area so here is a link. These are great for putting on up/down long ways over the paraspinal muscles so they cover the maximum area of muscle.

When your back is hurting sometime people get relief when they put a pillow between their knees. Try with a pillow to see if it helps before you impulsively buy this cool knee pillow but you'll find it is very cumbersome to use an actual pillow so if it seems to help order this knee pillow, it is the best.

I've done my best to be sure you have a link to a great product at the best possible price. I also provide videos to help you use the products I recommend, so please understand that your Amazon purchases are between you and Amazon or the Amazon Seller - NOT me. I can NOT help with returns but Amazon is great at taking care of it's customers so please go to them if you have any problem with their stuff.

We feature " Acupuncture Dry Needling for Pain Management" as taught to Dr. Dixon personally by Dr. Yun-Tao Ma PhD.  Dr. Ma teaches Acupuncture Dry Needling based on Neuroanatomy rather than energy meridians. I believe, based on my many years of personal experience treating patients on a daily basis (with acupuncture since 2003), that this is the most scientifically solid acupuncture technique for pain control in a Chiropractic and/or Pain Management office setting. We also feature Spinal Disc Decompression with the Chattanooga DTS Disc Decompression System for Complete Spinal Rehabilitation in cases of Degenerative Disc Disease and Bulged or Herniated Disc in the Lumbar Spine.

Dr. Dixon has proudly served Chandler, Tyler, Brownsboro, Murchison, Edom, Ben Wheeler,
Frankston  & the entire Lake Palestine area since 2001.
He continues to serve you from Tyler at his new clinic location on Beckham just a few blocks from ETMC's main hospital campus.
